§ 02 Product 01

Triangle

Customer support automation

Resolves support tickets end to end, with the source cited.

Triangle connects to your helpdesk, WhatsApp and order systems. It reads the relevant policy, checks payment and courier records, and replies with the source attached. Tickets it cannot resolve are passed to your team with the case history and a drafted reply. Billing is per resolved ticket, so you pay only for completed work.

1 Calibrated against what Fin, Forethought and Gartner publish. Your pilot measures your own queue.

Named after Pascal's triangle, in which each number is the sum of the two above it. The product works the same way: each resolution improves the next.

§ 03 Product 02

Pensées

Document review and indexing

Reads and indexes every document your business signs.

Pensées reads contracts, sanction letters, lorry receipts and policy documents, including scans and photographed pages. It builds a register of the clauses that matter, flags terms that deviate from your review playbook, and answers plain-language questions with the exact passage cited.

1 Calibrated against what Luminance and Harvey publish. Your pilot measures your own folder.

Named after the Pensées, the thousands of fragments Pascal left at his death, which editors later organised into a coherent whole. The product does the same for a document folder.

§ 04 Product 03

Pascaline

Reconciliation and close automation

Automated reconciliation and month-end close.

Pascaline pulls transactions from banks, payment gateways, courier remittances and the accounting system, and matches them continuously. Exceptions are placed in a review queue with a suggested resolution. Overdue receivables are followed up on a schedule. The close checklist is largely complete before the controller opens it.

Wager

Deal scoring and forecasting

Deal scoring and forecast ranges from your CRM data.

Wager reads the data already in your CRM, email and billing systems: reply patterns, stakeholder activity, meeting recency, renewal history. Each deal receives a score based on these signals. The output is a forecast range with stated confidence, refreshed nightly, and renewal-risk flags raised about 60 days in advance.
